MotoGP英國站週五發生了什麼?記者場邊觀察
假期後的第一場賽事,MotoGP幾支車隊都準備了新東西讓車手們在英國銀石賽道上試試,收集初步的數據來為2023年的車款做準備,藉由MotoGP記者Mat Oxley的推文,來看看英國站週五練習中發生了些什麼事。
HRC將在九月歡慶40周年,所以直到賽季結束廠隊的車上都將會有40周年慶的貼紙。

Binder在他的KTM上用了超長前段的排氣管。今年稍早已經測試過,這應該是首次在實戰中運用。

Quartararo在FP1中跑了4次長圈來評估如何進行長圈處罰以及將會對比賽產生怎樣的影響。初估跑長圈將會讓他損失1.5秒。儘管可能會失去位置,但可能很重要也可能不重要,不過如果被困在其他賽車後面導致M1前輪過熱,那可能就很難重新取得位置。
Re championship leader Quartararo’s long-lap penalty & how it will affect his race. He did 4 long laps in FP1 (it’s at the Loop, Turns 14/15) & a rough estimate is that the LLP will lose him 1.5 seconds. This may or may not be crucial, ie if it loses him places… 1 of 2…

中上的修改版RC213V車架為後輪在邊緣以及出彎提供更多抓地力,因此他能帶更高的速度出彎。
Nakagami’s revised RC213V chassis gives more rear grip on edge and exit, so he can carry a few more kmh out of corners. It’s all tiny margins now.

Gardner是唯一沒用較低定風翼的KTM車手。因為額外的前下壓力減輕了後輪重量,而他後輪用的比前輪更多。
Gardner is the only KTM rider running without the lower wings, because the extra front downforce they create takes weight off the rear and he rides with the rear tyre more than the front

Oliviera表示較長的前段排氣管可以減少震動並提供更好的油門連接。也更大聲,這是車手要求的,以便在和其他車手對戰時能更清楚地聽到引擎聲。
Oliviera says KTM’s longer front exhaust decreases vibration and gives better throttle connection. It’s also louder – a rider request so that they can hear the engine better during battles with other riders

Bastianini喜歡他的新翅膀,藉由增加後下壓力來增加後輪的接觸,讓賽車在剎車上更好,因此讓他可以從後輪獲得更多的制動效果,這在現在非常重要。

很多車手都在討論長圈處罰這話題,尤其是關於不一致的話題。就是有些長圈要4秒,這邊可能不到1秒。Bagnaia搞笑的說,銀石賽道的長圈這麼短還好,因為Quartararo本就不應該受罰。
Lots of talk among riders about long lap penalties obvs, especially about inconsistencies. ie some long laps = 4 seconds, here maybe less than 1 second. Bagnaia was funny: said it’s good the Silverstone long lap is so short cos Quartararo doesn’t deserve his penalty ????????
